2.4.2 物理描述

各主主處理器各自自主的進行工作，不共用的時鐘，穩壓器，或者電路。一個Motorola，32位，50MHz的MPC860用作主處理器，另一個MPC860管理著I/O和通訊子系統。

每個主處理器上有一個稱作TriBus的高速專用總線系統執行下列功能：

TriBus利用一個完全隔離的串行通訊通道通訊，速率為25M波特。一個直接存取存儲控制器管理著同步、傳輸、表決和數據修正，獨立于用戶的應用或所執行軟件而工作。
#3008型主處理器有16M DRAM（無后備電池）和32K SRAM，用于存放用戶編寫的控制程序、SOE1數據、I/O數據、診斷、以及通訊緩沖器。外部電源故障時SRAM可完好地保存用戶程序和保持性內存接點，時間為至少六個月。TriBus硬件表決電路周期性對驗證內存的**性。
